QUALITY ENZYMES SHIPPING INFORMATION

Quality Enzymes ships via United States Priority Mail, with a 2-3 day delivery time, anywhere in the continental U.S. ONLY. Alaska and Hawaii would require additional time. Canadian orders are shipped United States Mail and delivery time would require additional wait time for your package to be delivered. This time is based on the United States Mail System and the Canadian Post System. Quality Enzymes is NOT responsible for custom import fees on the Canadian Side, nor for the difference in the exchange rate with Credit Card Purchases.

For United States customers, we have a base shipping charge of $6.00.

Quality Enzymes reserve the right to increase shipping costs per USPS RATE change and for orders out of the ordinary. Be sure to include your email address as we will notify you via email if postal fees for your order must increase.

At the present time, Quality Enzymes primarily ships within the United States.

Canadian customers would require additional postage, based on their order size. Canadian Customers must pay their import fees if levied by the Canadian Government.

Promotions

Quality Enzymes loves to do promotions. If you are purchasing a product that states Free Shipping or Price Reduction, you will receive the adjustment for charges at the time of Billing and Shipping.

For Canadian customers, you shipping charges will be adjusted for the amount of the promotion. Thus, if free shipping is offered, we will adjust your shipping charges decreasing by $6.00 USD, but billing you the difference only. . You will only receive shipping charges over and above the $6.00 amount.
